IBTS is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join our growing and dynamic Human Capital team in Ashburn, VA.  The selected candidate will take part in IBTS’s effort to support FEMA during the Hurricane Harvey recovery. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Duties include but are not limited to the following:
  • Indexing digital documents
  • Performing quality assurance and review images
  • Handling time-sensitive process and sensitive material
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Taking direction from supervisor
  • Maintaining all logs and reporting documentation
  • Participating in cross-training
  • Performing other tasks as assigned


  • 2+ years of experience in document retrieval, data collection, scanning, etc.
  • Must be expert with Excel
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows applications
  • Technically savvy with the ability to pick up new computer systems easily
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment independently
  • Experience with Internet and library research
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy and thoroughness
  • Flexibility in managing day-to-day workload with ability to handle unexpected assignments
  • Bachelor's Degree or some college courses
