IBTS is currently recruiting for a Scheduling and Production Coordinator to join our FEMA Response team in Ashburn, VA.  The selected candidate will participate in our efforts to support FEMA in the recovery from Hurricane Harvey. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and maintains Inspector Availability
  • Scheduling inspection staff for in-plant inspections throughout the country
  • Creates and maintains vendor production of MHUs for scheduling
  • Prepare and maintain Readiness Meeting & Rick Management Meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Assists in making travel arrangements through online software applications like Concur
  • Partner with field team, Human Capitol, and contractors to disseminate contracts according to parameters designated by Contracts leadership.
  • Perform consistent follow up with manufacturers and office staff to get maintain an updated and accurate schedule for projects.
  • Other duties will include filing, scanning, researching and data entry using.



  • Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels in the organization.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.


  • The hiring manager is looking for candidates with strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Candidate will need to proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Candidates who have experience in 1099 or a highly Federal regulated environment are preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify, analyze & solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
