Responsibilities

IBTS is currently recruiting for a Field Operations Supervisor. The selected candidate will be assisting IBTS in its support of FEMA in the recovery from Hurricane Harvey.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures a safe work environment, promotes a safety culture, delivers safety training, etc.
  • Provides performance feedback and delivers corrective actions to associates at their assigned location under the direction of their Manager of Inspections or Project Manager
  • Assists with job competency training
  • Elevates concerns to management as required
  • Ensures equipment is safe and in proper working order including scheduling of preventative maintenance.
  • Allocates and records resources and movements on the transportation planning system.
  • Communicates effectively with the external and internal customers and builds positive relationships
  • Provides Quality Control checks of inspection reports
  • Acts as a relief inspector as required
  • Will be required to travel up to 80%

Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
