IBTS is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to assist with company corporate governance matters, manage the compliance programs and policies, and assist the team with corporate projects and maintenance of records.  Team consists of corporate compliance, legal and contracts.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in completing and processing various corporate legal and contract management duties. Follow up on all documents needing signatures and carry out other paralegal support and coordination work
  • Maintaining corporate database and records and contracts documents
  • Provide customer service to all managers re contracts execution, project set up, setting up of start of projects meetings, assisting in close out,   and legal issues
  • Oversee insurance management, renewals, and claims
  • Support multiple teams within the finance department including tax with statutory filings and compliance, and internal accounting and external accounting firms
  • Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining a record of legal and policy documentation, providing corporate information to cross-functional teams, drafting corporate actions and agreements for attorney review, and distributing agreements for signature
  • Assists various cross-functional teams in appropriately managing risk, and supports the needs of the various businesses and company initiatives


  • College degree; minimum five years of corporate paralegal or related experience with a law firm, technology company, or public company
  • Experience managing day-to-day corporate and compliance activities and policies
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior management
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple time sensitive obligations
  • Highly skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to adapt quickly to new technologies deployed across the company
  • Discretion handling confidential information


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Law degree
  • Experience supporting government or engineering contractor
