IBTS is seeking an in-house attorney for its Ashburn HQ office. The candidate will either be licensed to practice in Virginia or able to qualify as corporate counsel under Rule 1A:5. The position will report to the General Counsel and requires experience with federal, state and local contracting with an emphasis on an ability to draft, review, edit and negotiate a wide variety of prime, subcontract and commercial contracts with limited supervision. Some corporate governance and general overall corporate experience is helpful. The position may include some or all of the following duties:
