IBTS is looking to hire a Part Time Scheduler to assist in the scheduling of inspections. This position will not require more than 30 hours per week.

  • Support division staff in coordinating schedules to ensure volume coverage.
  • Schedule appointments for inspection staff.
  • Complete client questionnaire during scheduling call attempts.
  • Maintain electronic records through data entry and database management.
  • Attend meetings as needed and compile minutes and follow up actions.
  • Prepare reports. (management, attendance, monthly meetings)
  • Regular communication with clients, and staff.
  • Coordinating with office admin for call center assistance.



  • Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels in the organization.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Ability to utilize/navigate computer software systems for various tasks including, planning and routing inspection schedules.


  • A college degree is preferred, although experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • Microsoft Office.
