Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative must have above-average interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.  Customer Service Representative (CSR) assists other team members in successful delivery of the certification for manufactured housing. The CSR is responsible for supporting delivery processes on time by ensuring outstanding customer service and timely data and document collection, per the guidelines established for the Data Services department.

 

  • This is an In-Office position in our Ashburn, VA headquarters office.  This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.
  • This position works a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Punctuality is very important.
  • This position is paid by the Hour.  The maximum hourly rate is $17.50.  Hourly rate offered will be commensurate with qualifications.
  • This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on successful execution of specified performance factors.

 

Customer Service Representative must be customer service oriented, career-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.  This position involves data management, customer service, and basic accounting.  

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering call center calls, processing requests, and working with the customers to resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Maintaining records and databases.
  • Running database searches, performing quality assurance, and reviewing images.
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Timely responding to incoming emails.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Handling time-sensitive process and sensitive material.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.
  • Document scanning and indexing.
  • Document printing and mailing.
  • Maintaining publications inventories.
  • Taking directions from supervisor.
  • Participating in cross-training.
  • Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality while supporting Data Services team.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College education - OR - 
  • 2 years’ experience in office environment, preferably in customer service roles.
