The Human Resources Generalist serves as an onsite HR Business Partner and employee relations representative for the Louisiana office. This position functions as an extension of the Human Resources team located at the corporate headquarters in Virginia and is responsible for providing professional HR support to local managers and employees while ensuring consistent application of organizational policies, procedures, and employment practices.
This position serves as the local HR resource for employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management support, leave administration, policy interpretation, compliance, employee engagement, and general HR operations.
While physically located in Louisiana, the Human Resources Generalist reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Generalist and works collaboratively with the Headquarters (HQ) Human Resources (HR) team to ensure consistency across the organization and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
